Your Simple Guide

Tap "Start Registration" above. This opens a form. It looks long, but most of it is quick taps, not typing.

Tap the type of place you are. Hospital, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Blood Bank, Maternity Home, or Ambulance Service.

Type your facility name. If it already appears in the list, tap it and much of the form fills in by itself.

Choose your region and your district.

Type your address, then tap the location button so patients can find you on the map.

Tick every service you offer. This is how BedWatch decides who to send you. If you deliver babies, tick Maternity. If you do not tick it, a mother in labour will not be sent to you.

Type your facility phone number and email.

Type the name and phone number of the person who will log in. This phone number becomes the login. There is no separate password to remember.

Answer the extra questions about your working hours and disease reporting as best you can. If you are unsure about anything, choose "Not sure" or skip it. Nothing here is final, you can change it later.

Tick the agreement box, then tap "Submit for Verification."

Registration is completely free.

BedWatch checks every new facility before it goes live. This keeps the network safe and accurate.

This usually takes up to two working days.

You will get a text message the moment you are approved. You do not need to do anything while you wait.

Once approved, tap "Go to Login" above, or come back to this page any time and tap it again.

Type the same phone number you gave as the contact person in Step 1.

Tap "Send Verification Code."

A 6 digit code arrives on your phone by text message within a few seconds.

Type the 6 digits into the boxes on the screen, then tap "Verify & Enter Dashboard."

That is your login for good. Every time you want to open your account, repeat these same steps. There is no password to forget or lose.

After you log in, you land on your dashboard. This is your home screen. It shows your facility, your wards, and a menu to everything else, including Update and Team.

This is the single most important thing you will do on BedWatch.

From your dashboard, tap "Update."

You will see simple Yes or No switches. Do you have blood? Is oxygen available? Is the operating theatre free? Is a doctor on duty? Flip each switch to match what is true right now.

Type how many ICU beds are free.

Tick which specialists are on duty right now.

Tap Save.

This takes about two minutes. When you do this, BedWatch knows exactly where to send the next emergency. If it is left old or wrong, a patient could be sent somewhere that cannot help them. Please update it every shift.

You do not have to do this alone. Add other staff so they can help keep your facility updated.

From your dashboard menu, go to "Team."

Tap "Add Member."

Type their phone number and name.

Admin can do everything, the same as you.

Staff can update beds and status, but cannot change settings.

Viewer can only look, they cannot change anything.

Tap Save. They can now log in with their own phone number, using the exact same steps as Step 3.
